Privacy policy
Go232Go and Ar Sabi Salone
Policy version: 4 October 2026.
Who is responsible and how to contact us
TECH HAS NO FACE LIMITED (THNF) operates Go232Go and handles the Go232Go services used by the Ar Sabi Salone mobile app (also called SLAPIP in our service records). This policy covers the Go232Go website and the contributions, contact verification, photos, moderation and account services processed through Go232Go when you use the app or a linked web page.
For privacy questions, access or correction requests, contact the designated THNF administrator through Go232Go Help and Tracking. For account or personal-data deletion, use the public deletion-request form; no sign-in or app installation is required. Do not send passwords or verification codes in support requests.
Information we process and why
- Accounts and contact verification: email addresses or phone numbers you provide, account identifiers, verification challenges, expiry/attempt records and provider references. We use these to verify contact control, provide access, prevent abuse and handle your requests. Contact verification does not prove business ownership.
- Listings, corrections and reports: submitted business/place details, addresses or map coordinates, descriptions, proposed corrections, evidence, contact details where supplied, timestamps and moderation decisions. We use these to review accuracy, investigate reports and maintain the directory. A place's coordinates are not a claim that we continuously track your device.
- Photos and publication: uploaded images, captions, photo credits, rights/consent confirmations, submission identity and review history. Approved images and credits may be displayed publicly on Go232Go and partner apps, including Ar Sabi Salone. Private review information is not intended as public listing content. Do not upload identity documents or other people's private details as public photos.
- Claims and permissions: account links, ownership or authority requests and supporting evidence where requested. Staff review these separately from contact verification and listing publication.
- Orders, website purchases and sponsorships: customer/order details, quoted amounts, payment references and verification status, campaign artwork, dates, consent and review records when you use these features. Payment processing is separate from publication approval.
- Security and service operation: requests to our services, session and security cookies, IP-related rate-limit data, technical errors and audit records needed to operate the site, protect accounts and investigate misuse. A hashed identifier may still relate to a person and is not necessarily anonymous.
You choose whether to submit contributions or use verification and account features, but information necessary for a selected feature must be provided for that feature to work. The mobile app also has its own feature and permission disclosures; this page does not replace those disclosures.
When information is shared
Authorised THNF staff and service operators process information needed for support, moderation, security and fulfilment. Go232Go exchanges relevant submission and directory information with Ar Sabi Salone/SLAPIP and BlockToBlock to provide the feature you use. Approved public listings, photos, credits and campaign content can be seen or copied by other people. Withdrawing content from our service cannot recall copies already downloaded elsewhere.
- Twilio Verify processes phone numbers and verification-related information for SMS contact verification.
- Google/Gmail SMTP transports service email, including its recipient and message content. Our administrator handles review and cleanup of relevant sent-email records manually.
- Cloudflare and hosting infrastructure process network requests and operational information to deliver and protect the website.
- Payment providers process information required by the payment method selected at checkout. Go232Go records payment references and status for fulfilment and reconciliation; the provider's own privacy notice also applies.
Providers may process information outside your country. Their retention and legal obligations can differ from ours. We may retain or disclose necessary information to meet applicable legal obligations, respond to valid legal requests, or protect people and the service.
Security and your choices
The public service uses HTTPS. Staff review tools restrict access by account permissions, and verification and request endpoints use abuse controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep verification codes and private tracking links confidential.
Where applicable, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about how your data is used, and raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. We verify identity and clarify scope before making sensitive changes. Publication consent, account deletion and business ownership are separate decisions.
Retention and deletion
We retain information needed to deliver an active service, review contributions, resolve requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable payment, security or legal obligations. Public directory records and shared business content are not automatically removed with an account; personal data connected to those records requires a separate review. Where information must be retained, staff explain the reason and relevant period for the case rather than promising immediate erasure of every record.
The deletion-request workflow targets a response within one calendar month. Its configured request-record policy removes contact details 90 days after closure and minimal case audit records after 12 calendar months, except for open requests or documented retention holds. These periods concern deletion-request records, not a universal expiry period for every service record.
Current operational limitation: deletion requests are handled by the designated THNF administrator. Automatic cross-service account erasure, provider-wide cleanup and backup-file expiry/restore replay are not fully enabled. We do not promise a fixed automatic backup-deletion date. Signing out, cancelling a verification or expiring a token is not the same as deleting personal data. Staff must review live records, provider copies, backups and any justified exceptions before reporting a request completed.
Request account or personal-data deletion. You can request Ar Sabi Salone-only handling or ask about a shared Go232Go account; staff will explain effects on linked services before acting.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when processing or operational arrangements change and show the policy version above. A published policy does not, by itself, certify app-store approval or completion of unfinished cleanup automation.
