Ar Sabi Salone account and data deletion
This service is operated by TECH HAS NO FACE LIMITED (THNF), through Go232Go. You do not need to sign in or install the app to submit a request.
- Enter the email address or international phone number you used and choose the scope.
- Our authorised staff review your request and verify control of that contact. Never send a password, login code or identity document in this form.
- Staff confirm the affected services, any necessary retention and the handling timetable before carrying out deletion.
Ar Sabi Salone-only requests concern associated app personal data. A shared-account request also affects your Go232Go identity. We will clarify effects on shop orders, business access and other shared services before acting. Public directory, catalogue and campaign records are not automatically deleted with an account; personal data linked to them must be separately reviewed.
Data and retention
Review covers account/profile/contact information, authentication records, device registrations, claims, reports, photos and other submissions. Verification must happen before destructive changes. Linked app-service cleanup must be confirmed separately; signing out or token expiry is not deletion.
Requests are reviewed manually by the designated THNF administrator. We aim to respond within one calendar month. Submitting this form does not automatically erase an account. We verify your identity and explain the scope and any necessary retention before acting. Our request-record policy is to remove contact details 90 days after closure and minimal handling evidence after 12 calendar months, unless a documented retention hold applies. Necessary payment, security or legal records may need longer retention; we will explain the reason and applicable period for your case. Backup and service-provider copies require separate handling. Automatic backup expiry and cross-service erasure are not yet fully enabled, so we do not promise an automatic or fixed backup-deletion date. Your request will not be marked completed until the required cleanup and retention evidence has been checked.
